REFUNDS / RETURNS : TPK has a NO return / NO refund policy! 

- If there is a mistake in your order on our behalf, we will be more than happy to fix it for you!

SHIPPING & PROCESSING : For all orders, please allow 2-4 days for processing and 1-6 days for delivery after your order has been processed and shipped. If your package is sent back to us due to you providing an incorrect address, it is your responsibility to cover the shipping cost for us to ship again.
